Tom really tried to resolve my dish washer non- draining issue:. He tried everything to fix it. We agreed it was not something that a plumber could resolve because the pump was unable to move the water from the unit through the system. It is the machine's warmer pump. Called Lloyd's and received a referrel for an appliance repair company. Thank you trying .

Very happy with this company. From the person who answered the phone to the person who actually came to the house and diagnosed my plumbing problem and completed the job, they were friendly and professional. The house is a rental for us and we live 6 hours away, Lloyd's worked with my tenant on scheduling but kept me informed. Easy to make my payment over the phone too.
