I thought setting the appointment and the communications prior to the appointment were good. The actual plumbing work and plumber were excellent. Our "guy" explained a couple of options, the pros and cons of each option and let use decide. Our plumber was above excellent!!! Lloyds has a a fixed price system, meaning the price will be the fixed and the same for everyone. I called Lloyd's on Monday morning to ask that they examine and probably replace my kitchen sink garbage disposal. They immediately scheduled a visit for early Tuesday. When the plumber arrived at 8am he immediately examined my problem and presented me with options to which I selected repair that he was proposing to immediately provide. By 10am he was finished and presented me with an invoice which I paid. I sincerely appreciate the prompt and thorough response; and I will always contact Lloyd's for plumbing needs.
