Everyone at Lobay Dental Group are always very professional and the facility is clean and treatment rooms ready for the patient when you are taken in for your appointment.
RecommendedI am on the fence with my recommendation. Louise is AMAZING! The other staff seemed a little removed during our few visits. All of the “tech” expectations and the charges to patients if 48 hours notice isn’t given seems a little excessive. (If my child wakes up vomiting the day of the appointment and I don’t take him, I’m out $200.00, or I bring him so he can contaminate the Office?) During our last cleaning visit, a bond was broken from my daughters retainer. Immediate blame was placed on our Orthodontist. Very disappointed... read more

This is the reason that not only my wife joined the Lobay Dental Group but we now bring our daughter as well. She was a little excited and scared about going in yesterday however both the hygienist and the dentist took the time to explain what was going on. We appreciate the Lobay experience as a family.
