The reception, the dental hygienist and Dr. Kobewka were amazing to me. As someone who was petrified going to the dentist and held off so long, I'm glad I chose you guys! Very comforting and pleasant experience.

It was actually not a great experience for Anthony today. His gag reflex is quite bad and eventually he did end up throwing up which was quite embarrassing for him. He was in for 4 sealants which maybe should have been split into 2 appointments. Regardless, things did not go smoothly for him today.

Hi Courtney, sorry to hear about Anthony's experience. We will definitely make a note on his file so all the staff is aware how sensitive his gag reflex is. It is quite a common issue for many people which makes getting dental work done difficult. We have had success with booking people with strong gag reflex later in the day. The morning is usually the time people say it is most sensitive. So lets try that for future appointments and we will book shorter visits for him as well. Let us know if that works. :)
