I couldn't recommend more highly and would advise anyone to give this dental practice a try. Friendly, helpful, thorough and professional from that first telephone conversation right through to the awesome service from the dental assistant and of course the dentist! Felt good to be leaving feeling way more confident about the treatment and advice I received than I was before I visited. A big thank you to all :0)

I would totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I had my first visit yesterday after being with a dentist with for two years, I am just speechless at how much my last dentist missed.. on top of that everyone at Lobay treated me with the most professional & friendly manner. Everyone took the time to talk me though and make sure i fully understood what was happening. I walked out with a bigger and better smile no doubt. Thanks you. Never thought I’d say this, but I look forward to my next visit to the dentist �

Great dentist’s office! I am a stickler for good customer service in businesses (which is sorely lacking in too many places). Lobay Dental has excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, informative, and highly competent in their roles there. They are also VERY sanitary! They sanitised everything we used (X-ray vests and machines, handles, cupboards, etc...); the local medical office could learn from them in the way of sanitisation! I couldn’t ask for more.

Had a teeth cleaning and scaling yesterday with Louisa, who was very professional and did a good job. Due to some sensitivity in my teeth, Louisa limited the amount of water injected scale removal opting to use the scrapers. This was definitely appreciated. I had previously had Amy as my Hygienist but she relocated to another city, so was fortunate to have Louisa in her place. The atmosphere at the Lobay Dental office is always positive and professional. I would recommend Fred and his staff to anyone that asked.

I am a New Patient so my first visit was awesome from Asia moving my appointment to accommodate my request. Met with Amanda who was wonderful, and walked me through all the procedures through the ex rays. Cory has the patience of a Saint and I look forward to being in thier Capable Hands. Thanks so much for impressing me!
