Best Choosing Encore was the best decision! Everyone in the office is so nice especially Nato. He was so helpful and answered any questions we had. The amenities are amazing and the resident events are a lot of fun. Taco night is the best resident event. It’s great to devour tacos and to get to meet your neighbors. Management actually cares! I have only lived here for a few months but it has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. Nato helped me move in and made the application process stress free! Now that I live here, they still take care of all my needs and fast too. I am so glad I chose to lease here. I highly recommend this over all the others in the area!!

Great apartments and nice staff I stopped in for a tour today. Nato showed me around and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect apartment! I also met with the manager Erin who is the nicest person ever. I would highly recommend Encore for anyone looking for a place in SLC! You can’t beat the location plus the staff is great

Best choice for moving to SLC UTAH The building, apartments, amenities and personnel is amazing. I personally feel extremely grateful for having had the support of Nato through my moving process, I had to manage moving from Spain and he made my life so much easier. This is the best place to stay downtown. The service I recommend 500%!

Stunning apartment and pool I had the pleasure of living at Encore for the last 4 years. The stunning views and amenities made the experience incredible. If it wasn't for medical issues, I would renew my lease. I felt safe here. It is in walking distance to countless stores to shop from, food options, and rail station. The new management is also great! Nato is always eager to help and make me feel at home. The heated pool is also open all year long and my friends love coming over for it!

AMAZING APARTMENTS AND STAFF Staff is always professional, always willing to go the extra mile. It has been a great experience working with them so far. Nato the leasing agent made the entire leasing process as well as anything in between and after an effortless experience. The apartments overall are wonderful and the rest of the staff is amazing and great to work with. Always friendly, always a smile on their faces. I love this place!!!

Great place to live in downtown Salt Lake City Highly recommend this place. The location is very central and the staff is super friendly and caring especially Nahomi. Best Apartment Complex! My sister and I moved into a two bedroom apartment in August and we have absolutely loved living here! It's a great location - within walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants and downtown! The amenities are all kept so well and are fixed quickly if something is wrong.
