I just wanted to highlight a recent experience of mine at the Locale Apartments (Resident since November 2020). I recently lost my garage door clicker. Rai, a maintenance repairman, came by my apartment when I put in a request to have a new garage door clicker. He called me to let me know I would need to pull my car out of the garage just for a moment while he made the switch. By just a moment, he meant a literal 30 seconds. He was quick, efficient, and even made me laugh. Great guy

I have lived at the Locale for 6 months now & have absolutely loved the property. I will say management was a mess at first but when they switched over to a different company and brought in new employees I was quite happy. Azurely, one of the leasing agents, has been incredible. She is always so helpful and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. She even scans my hw assignments for me. She really goes above and beyond. We are so lucky to have her here.
