The facility looks great. It was very clean. It seems very secure. There were lots of cameras and the app for entry and exit was easy to use. The security appears to be superior to another facility, from which some of my items were stolen years ago. Nolan was very helpful with showing me around and with the check in process. I just got started today but so far it has been a great experience.
Best storage unit facility our family has ever rented. The staff is friendly, efficient, and available. James and Nolan were of great help today, making the process seamless. The building is secure. Great location.
Excellent experience at Lock & Leave Storage! The facility is new, clean, secure, and feels very safe. I appreciated being able to tour and see the different storage unit options before making a decision. The Bluetooth access system is very convenient—everything is managed through your phone, so there are no keys or traditional locks to worry about.
