The customer service is phenomenal. Special kudos to Brent and Savino who have always gone above and beyond. The facility itself is climate controlled, clean, and easy to access. It’s been a great option for us.
Lock & Leave is a modern storage facility; with climate control and totally digital. Been a customer since Jan/2023 and had always great attention, help and support from the team at front desk: Savino, Brent and James. If/when I may need storage space again I will certainly return. Communication from the team is stellar. They are always quick to return a call, are polite, helpful, and able to answer my questions. The site itself is very clean and well lit. I love the app that gives you access to the elevators and storage unit - it's very easy to use and quick. The move-in process is much much better than my experiences with Public Storage.
