My husband and I drove from Richmond to trade my 2011 SRX in for a new one at Lockhart and it was a fantastic experience, all thanks to Tom Knotts! He was helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, friendly...couldn't have had a better person to deal with. Thanks to our experience today, we'll probably be lifelong Lockhart customers.
I hit a pothole this morning on 465 and blew out my front tire. AAA was going to take awhile, so I called Doug, the service manager on his mobile at 7:30 am. He went to the dealership, picked up a car and met me on the shoulder to exchange cars. He than waited with my care for their wrecker. THAT IS SERVICE!!!!

I want to thank Kim in the service department and especially the service manager (Doug) for taking care of my son and me during an oil change. I didn't want to wait in the waiting area with a 5 year old for an hour and had planned to use their shuttle service to get lunch while we waited. The shuttle was in-use so the service manager drove us to a nearby restaurant. From the sale of my car to all services performed by the dealership...Lockhart Cadillac is top-notch!
I am consistently amazed by the excellent service I receive from Sam in the Service Dept. He always goes the extra mile no matter what I am needing done with my Escalade EXT. I am so spoiled now I do not see how I could go anywhere else!!! It is great to deal with a company that stands behind their work and word!!!
