RecommendedI hit a pothole this morning on 465 and blew out my front tire. AAA was going to take awhile, so I called Doug, the service manager on his mobile at 7:30 am. He went to the dealership, picked up a car and met me on the shoulder to exchange cars. He than waited with my care for their wrecker. THAT IS SERVICE!!!!

RecommendedI want to thank Kim in the service department and especially the service manager (Doug) for taking care of my son and me during an oil change. I didn't want to wait in the waiting area with a 5 year old for an hour and had planned to use their shuttle service to get lunch while we waited. The shuttle was in-use so the service manager drove us to a nearby restaurant. From the sale of my car to all services performed by the dealership...Lockhart Cadillac is top-notch!
I am consistently amazed by the excellent service I receive from Sam in the Service Dept. He always goes the extra mile no matter what I am needing done with my Escalade EXT. I am so spoiled now I do not see how I could go anywhere else!!! It is great to deal with a company that stands behind their work and word!!!
