The representative (Seaairra) was very knowledgeable and professional and done an excellent job showing me the many features on my vehicle. She assisted me setting up my on star account, pairing my iPhone, customizing my seat, etc. She was very pleasant and entertained any and all questions that I had. This was a very good experience.
