If you decide to look at a vehicle here, immediately ask for Elliott Bramley! I have bought a lot of vehicles and dealt with several horrible pushy sales people, and Elliott is the exact opposite. Very friendly, relatable, honest and genuine. Asks what you want/need, presents other possible options, and gets you in the vehicle that’s best for you without the annoying pressure. Lockhart picked up my car from home, and delivered it to my home when service was done 👍
Their service was great. Had an oil change and tire rotation. The staff made you feel as if you were special. The waiting room is very comfortable and they have complimentary drinks and snacks.
I want to thank you for seeing me. This was an emergency. I needed to travel to Detroit and couldn’t get into the car. My key fob wouldn’t work. Unfortunately you were not able to locate the problem but at least you saw me ant and tried. Thank you so much. It means a lot that you try to help the customer. I will recommend you to others.
