RecommendedI had a very good experience buying my CT5 from Lockhart. The representative (Seaairra) was very knowledgeable and professional and done an excellent job showing me the many features on my vehicle. She assisted me setting up my on star account, pairing my iPhone, customizing my seat, etc. She was very pleasant and entertained any and all questions that I had. This was a very good experience.
RecommendedI was disappointed with the service team yesterday. . . The young team there made me feel like I was interrupting their afternoon! Hopefully the more “seasoned”service team will be returning soon, and the summer interns - I’m assuming, need a serious course in Customer Service!

RecommendedWent in for oil change and what I thought was issue with presets on power seats etc. Tech had me follow her prompt to reset. I appreciate her having me do it so I can remember. The oil change and tire rotation was done quickly as I was waiting. 👍 and to top it off very kind man took me through recommended follow up service but did not try to sell me. Returned my car freshly washed including my mats 😃
