Verified Renter I have really enjoyed my first couple of weeks living at Loft! The location is perfect and in the middle of both Uptown and Southend. Everyone is super helpful and the neighbors are really nice. They also have community events and lots of residents attend. Can’t wait to fully settle in my new home!

Verified Renter I love the location of where I live in proximity to uptown and Southend, it's the perfect in-between. My apartment is very modern and spacious as a one-bedroom apartment. There are lots of places to walk my dog and the amenities are awesome! THe leasing office is always happy to help as well.

Verified Renter I have had a great experience at Loftone35 so far. I love the location being close to uptown and south end. (I feel safe which is a big plus) The management staff is always available and helpful as well as maintenance staff. This is a great apartment complex if you are looking for a good mixture of younger adults/professional adults. The hallways are free of beer cans and loud music, unlike other complexes.
