Fantastic property to live! Loft has provided one of the easiest leasing experiences I've had to date, and I would highly recommend living here to other potential residents. Everyone in the front office is amazing, but I have especially been impressed by Madeline and how quick she is to answer questions, provide support, and even plan fun events for the residents each month!

Verified Renter The unit is great, but the noise levels are a concern (walls, windows, floor and ceilings). Morehead Street is the primary cause of noise, so seek a unit that does not face that direction.

Great Place to live. Have been living at Loft for over a year. It’s a great place to live with everything you could want in walking distance. Madeline did a great job from the beginning and helped make the transition really easy. Loft is a great place to live.

Verified Renter I have really enjoyed my first couple of weeks living at Loft! The location is perfect and in the middle of both Uptown and Southend. Everyone is super helpful and the neighbors are really nice. They also have community events and lots of residents attend. Can’t wait to fully settle in my new home!
