Verified Renter I love the location of where I live in proximity to uptown and Southend, it's the perfect in-between. My apartment is very modern and spacious as a one-bedroom apartment. There are lots of places to walk my dog and the amenities are awesome! THe leasing office is always happy to help as well.

(I feel safe which is a big plus) The management staff is always available and helpful as well as maintenance staff. This is a great apartment complex if you are looking for a good mixture of younger adults/professional adults. The hallways are free of beer cans and loud music, unlike other complexes.
