Verified Renter Ive lived here for about 8 months and due to Covid-19, Ive been stuck inside the apt for about 5 of those months. I love it here. When moving from Arizona the leasing staff did a FaceTime tour of the complex so I could see what I was getting before I had to sign. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 1-2 days and the guys are always so nice! I rarely hear my neighbors and its located near all of Southends restaurants and bars. All amenities are closed right now but the pool, lounge and gym are nice.

Leasing process was seamless during a pandemic with safety measures being evident during a scheduled tour. Well lit, sense of community, friendly, safe environment (Concord PD seen checking resident area including areas under construction). Amazing Staff I love living at LoftOne35. I have been here for 4 years and the maintenance staff is very attentive to your needs. Travis is a great assistance when I have issue in the apartment and works quickly to address any concerns. The front staff is just as great and contributes to making sure that everyone feels like they are apart of a community. This has been a wonderful experience. I will be sad to leave when I purchase.
