Great place to live I firmly believe you can’t find a better place to live in South End. I’ve lived here over a year and a half now and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is kind and responsive, amenities are well kept and often updated, and the price you pay for the quality of living you get is fantastic. This is my first recommendation to anyone looking to move to Charlotte.

Best in Southend As someone who has lived in several apartment complexes in Southend, Loft One35 definitely standouts from the pack. From their tight knit security, to their clean and upgraded facilities, this apartment complex feels sophisticated and secure. Management also does a great job in organizing social events which makes it easy for those new to the area to mingle with neighbors.

Verified Renter Love living at Loft so far! Close to everything we need and in walking distance of South End. Amenities are great, gym has everything you need. Have had to submit a few maintenance requests that the team is very responsive and quick acting on.Office staff is always extremely helpful and friendly.
