Verified Renter (do NOT live here) Can’t wait to move. Came in May 2020 and been stuck due to COVID. -Management doesn't care about safety. One entrance is broken 90% of the time. No sense of urgency from mgmt to fix the problem. The entrance leads to an elevator that does NOT have fob security, so anyone has access anywhere in the complex. Fob security is broken on most of the stairwell doors. -In 2020 there was an active shooter in the building. Management did not notify residents until AFTER the incident occurred. The sho... read more

Verified Renter It's the perfect bridge between downtown and South End. If you're new to Charlotte and looking for a spot to live, definitely give this place a look.

Do not live here I lived at Loft One35 for two years, beginning in 2019. When I first moved in, things were great. BEWARE of the noise levels If you get an apartment facing Morehead Street then beware of the sounds of constant street traffic that will flood your apartment. The windows are so poorly insulated that it’s nearly impossible to sleep throughout the night without being awoken to the sound of muscle cars and motorcycles that constantly roar through the streets. Loft One35 really needs to address this issue as there is way too much competition in Charlotte for them to have such cheap features.

Verified Renter The walls are paper thin, the hallways smell, the trash valet is inefficient, the elevator is always broken, and it is very noisy in the courtyard on the weekends.
