Professional Service This was an excellent experience for me. Without a doubt, the most pain free cleaning I have ever had. This is a concern for me because I have sensitive teeth. My dental hygienist was friendly, informative and very professional. Office staff is helpful and friendly, as well. Dr. Loftus was attentive to my needs and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
Best place to go! I have disliked going to the dentist my whole life. This place has been awesome and the reason I keep going. They are fast, friendly, and gentle.
Outstanding Traveled over 400 miles to get to this Dentist Office. Went in for a cleaning, had xrays, overall was fast and painless. No wait time in the wait room. Great staff and Dentist - Dr. Heeren. They are always kind and understanding, trustworthy, let me know what is going on, what to expect, and what needs to be done. The front desk Ladies are always cheerful, helpful, and provide just as much care as the Dental Assistants and Dentist. Loftus Dental of Sturgis has outstanding customer service and care.
As always, the quality of treatment was excellent! I can't say I ever truly "look forward" to seeing a dentist, but everyone at Loftus Dental does their very best to provide high quality, kind, personalized and thorough care. Thanks for all you do!

Fast and Friendly I was seen only a few minutes after arriving for my appointment. My filling was done quickly and painlessly, making my morning appointment much more enjoyable. All the staff at this establishment are kind and helpful, I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
Enjoyable visit even with a cavity Even though I was getting a cavity fixed, i enjoyed the casual conversation. I felt relaxed & comfortable. I previous went to BH Pediatric Dentistry and then the adolescent side in Rapid City. Loftus Dental was a great transition!
This is the first time ever having a positive experience in a Dental office situation! They were all so nice, caring and professional. It was a wonderful experience considering my terror at going to the dentist! I will definitely be going back to Loftus Dental!
