Very friendly, professional and flexible I came in to Loftus very nervous. I was immediately put at easy with friendly faces and conversation. The staff were flexible and they worked around their already full schedule to help me out.

Prompt, helpful service. The procedure was a quick in and out ordeal. The confidence of the doctor was encouraging. However, how quick it was left me with a little uneasiness of how thorough it was.

Caring for the nervous & sick I am not the most relaxed person when it comes to dental work. Having an Auto Immune Disease along with my fear of Dentist doesn't make me want to get back the chair. My Hygienist has taken the time to understand my situations and learn what works for me :) which is sudation. I know not everyone one can afford that option, but for all the issues I have it helps so much. I know I can be a lot with the nerves and fears but all works out and so far not cavities which means something is going right.... read more

Survey My Hygienist Emmy (I think that's her name) was very nice and thorough. I even stayed past my appointment to finish watching the end of a show... The front counter staff and check out ladies are always nice and welcoming. The procedure that I need done on my next visit was explained and the estimated cost was given to me before hand. Dr TJ and Dr Jay are both great to work with. I gave a 5 star but I can't see it on my computer to know what I picked.

Phenomenal Service Kristen was amazing with both children. They continued to talk about their experience at the dentist the rest of the day. Thank you Dr TJ for always smiling and making our children love the dentist’s office. Dr Jay for stopping over to say hello and ask how everything was going. Also, the staff at the front desk is phenomenal. Always helpful, polite and cheerful; MaryAnn brightened our afternoon as well. Thank you!

Cleaning The cleanings that I have had before were more detailed and also included my back teeth. I really like her but thought there should be more detailed.

Superior experience! I appreciate the superior experience today for my biannual exam. I needed x-rays and a good cleaning. I was a brand new patient, yet left feeling like I was a patient for years. The staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. I had lost track of time and not been to a dentist in almost two years. Now, I’m back on track and I would highly recommend this team!!!
