Complete review: My recent experience with LOGE Westport was disappointing, and while part of the staff tried to make things right, the follow-up from guest relations erased that goodwill. During my stay, the room was freezing; the heating element barely worked despite being set to 90 degrees. Loge is a well run hotel and supports an active community culture. The hotel manager is dedicated and really cares about the operation and the guest experience. Keeping employees like Emily is amazing true test to a great company. Thank you Loge!!
CAUTION - NO ONE IS ON THE PROPERTY FROM 5pm to 8am. This is not disclosed, and had I known, I would not have booked. When I asked if there were security personnel, or anyone on the property after 5pm, I was told "No we're contactless check in." First off don’t book through trip advisor! Before we got there they gave us our key code, but said there were some issues with the key pad and they left a key out. The code thankfully worked but there was no physical key . The room was really nice my kids loved it. The problem we had was that the pull out bed was dirty with sand and dirt! The tv remote didn’t work so no tv. There was black hair on the shower walls, none of us have black hair! What a great setup and so many options. Clean and the environment is comfortable. So many places to relax outside in great view. So many choices. Amazing coffee. Emily is so caring and is working around the busy resort making the stay perfect.
