The only reason I am giving a 5 star is the vehicle was back at a decent hour. I am still frustrated that I make an appointment for 7am and it takes 4-5 hours for the work to be completed on the vehicle. As soon as I say I am leaving the vehicle I am told it will be done in the afternoon, yet if I am waiting the vehicle is done ASAP. Still will never understand that with Londonderry dodge. Plus, this is the first time I have ever gotten a phone call to remind me of the recalls, usually service waits for me to book my appoint... read more
I was in for recall work, however I asked for a few extra issues to be checked. All issues were resolved and he explained what was found and what I had to "keep an eye on." The service staff were pleasant, helpful and considerate of my time. My experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend Londonderry Chrysler service to anyone.

From the time we enter the facility until we leave service is super. Salesman Danny, Dale in finance and his associates and then Ben in service all I can say is super service; have always dealt at Londonderry and will continue to be loyal customers as will my family.
My experience with Londonderry Dodge was very good. Everything I wanted to get fixed was done so quickly my and professionally. Also providing rental rental was the best. No other dealership does that. Londonderry is the best.
