There was an oversight with a recall I had..the service manager at Londonderry did his very best to make things right for me. It was a professional, and courteous experience.

Overall I've had a good experience with your dealership. The service is good but I found the sales part a little pushy. But thats how sales works I know. My concern is with the financing. It was pushed fairly fast and I never had time to think of what I was getting. When I looked it over at home I found I had gotten insurance coverage for stuff I could have bought in the event it failed instead of in case of it failing and payed more for the insurance then the items were new.
