Chad was very good at trying to get me the best deal possible. He was insistant but not pushy.
I had to have another key made. The place I bought the car from gave me a policy number and said just nip over to Londonderry and they'll sort you out. Turns out the policy number didnt exsist. Dustin in the service department called round to all the right places and had it sorted and replacement key made in just about an hour. And I had just walked in with no appointment. I am really happy with the service, how willing Dustin was to take care of the whole thing and how fast it was done.
I have an awesome experience with the staff. Very professional & polite.
Experience was great. Good communication. Was actually gonna phone the manager today to rave how helpful everyone was. That being said my check engine light came back on :(
