Overall I've had a good experience with your dealership. The service is good but I found the sales part a little pushy. But thats how sales works I know. My concern is with the financing. It was pushed fairly fast and I never had time to think of what I was getting. When I looked it over at home I found I had gotten insurance coverage for stuff I could have bought in the event it failed instead of in case of it failing and payed more for the insurance then the items were new. Chad was very good at trying to get me the best deal possible. He was insistant but not pushy.
I had to have another key made. The place I bought the car from gave me a policy number and said just nip over to Londonderry and they'll sort you out. Turns out the policy number didnt exsist. Dustin in the service department called round to all the right places and had it sorted and replacement key made in just about an hour. And I had just walked in with no appointment. I am really happy with the service, how willing Dustin was to take care of the whole thing and how fast it was done.
