Excellent service team. Mechanic and service writer, Raelene stayed late to finish the vans repair so I could take it home. I will always bring my vehicles to Londondery Chrysler. Great service team!
I was really happy they helped with my car issue. Coldest day of the year and my car wouldn’t start unless boosted each time. They recharged my battery and educated me on what to do next time I run into this issue :) Lucie was amazing! She was so helpful.
I want to be completely honest - Almost every time I try to book a service at this location there’s always some sort of miscommunication with either the services or parts I am requesting. In addition, I usually end up paying for extra things at the end I feel like I need to record the calls just to ensure accuracy-and information relayed. I feel they need to take the customers honesty on what they were told from the get go in order to have quality of service and Customer satisfaction
Prompt friendly service when I arrived and had my vehicle back to me at the time I was given.
It was good except I was charged for $57.11 with $29.99 for labour just to change my air filter. Al asked me if they could change my air filter for $47 and I said yes. But, I got my bill it was $57.11 because of too many extras.
