I want to be completely honest - Almost every time I try to book a service at this location there’s always some sort of miscommunication with either the services or parts I am requesting. In addition, I usually end up paying for extra things at the end I feel like I need to record the calls just to ensure accuracy-and information relayed. I feel they need to take the customers honesty on what they were told from the get go in order to have quality of service and Customer satisfaction
Prompt friendly service when I arrived and had my vehicle back to me at the time I was given.
It was good except I was charged for $57.11 with $29.99 for labour just to change my air filter. Al asked me if they could change my air filter for $47 and I said yes. But, I got my bill it was $57.11 because of too many extras.

The service desk was able to get me in last minute, and Thomas G worked on my vehicle. He was so honest, helpful, and very patient with all my questions and concerns! The most friendly, and helpful dealership staff that I have EVER experienced!
