Raelene is a very friendly , was easy to talk to . She told me what they will do and the charges For that problem . She contacted me every step that was taken . Arranged a rental vehicle once the diagnoses was done. Kept me informed all the way thru . I’m super happy that my extended warranty was able to except the charges. I don’t know what I would have done if they didn’t.
