Great except my ride to work was not available even though I told them when I made the appointment that I would need the shuttle and at what time. I saw it pulling away as I got there. I left plenty of time to get to work knowing there would be a shuttle.They called me a taxi and the taxi took forever (1/2 hour+but not the dealership's fault) to get there so I was late for work.
