I took my jeep in for an oil change. The service was fast and my vehicle was checked over , including wheel alignment, and all fluid levels. I was very impressed!

It was all good except for when we were waiting for a ride home. My name was called and the one driver said that there wasn't enough room so we'd have to wait for the next one. That was no problem until we saw a shuttle driver come back and then leave. It wasn't his fault since the previous driver highlighted my name making it look like we were gone. Tom was very nice.

We have had a lot of probelems with our 2011 Jeep G C. Overlander having spent prob close to $9,000 on repairs in past four months. We do appreciate the help service technician jayme has provided with us. Although we do not appreciate our vehicle we do appreciate the professionalism Jayme shows including some financial breaks. However small anything helps us since I have been fighting cancer. Thanks Londonderry Jeep Chrysler.

Hi, I was in 3 times for the same issue over the course of just over 1 month. It was definitely frustrating at times. Although the vehicle is running more smoothly now, I still don't feel 100% comfortable in it simply due to the repeat issue it caused and that the issue what not found in my initial visit to the dealership. I appreciate the work being covered under warranty, this was truly a blessing, so I thank you for that. Received prompt professional service. The service contact Darrel was friendly and accomodating. Had my problems assessed and quickly gave me a quote. Fixed only what I wanted and didn't pressure for anything I didn't want. Work performed was done promptly around my schedule. Offered me a free shuttle ride when dropping off my car. Pricing was reasonable too. A good experience. Will return again. Due to a positive dervice experience I will even consider my next new car purchase from this dealer over other dealerships. Thanks
