As everyone has it’s up and down I have to say as a a very picky customer that I am ( I know it ) my last visit was great thank you for going the extra mile a thank you to the service advisor that helped me out and of course the service manager that he took personal interest in helping out .
They were upfront and honest and willing to make things work. When we decided not to go with the vehicle they weren't pushy but wanted to make sure everything was fine.
Byron and his co workers are always very friendly and quick to help ! I especially liked the new alignment machine, which detected a problem that I had not known about.

Had a problem with the Jeep service advisor Lucian Densky listened to us explaining the problem. She was very pleasant made us feel very comfortable. The Jeep was checked out software updated. An excellent report isued on what was done and findings. Very pleased with advisor and how things were handled.
