The incorrect running boards that I paid for were installed. I have been contacted a couple of times saying the situation would be rectified but then I never hear back with an actual solution.
My rating would have been higher if not for the finance person I was dealing with. Financing portion was no problem. The portion dealing with the after market warranty was excruciating. I made it pretty clear that I was not interested in this warranty as the cost was more than a third of the vehicle price. He was unrelenting in going every detail on every portion of this warranty.
