Staff was slow to assist me as I waited in line for seven minutes while the only person at her station was with a customer. Raelene then came out and served me was very friendly and pleasant. When I went to pick up my vehicle I did not have to wait at all and Raelene thoroughly explained what had been done to fix my vehicle and the upcoming service for my Jeep. Raelene had someone bring my vehicle around right away. Overall I was very impressed with the service.Ā

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service adviser Jayme made sure my vehicle needs and appointment schedule met my needs and was impressed at how efficient the whole process was. I needed a shuttle ride and that was an excellent experience as well with Tom who also picked me up right on time to get me back to pick my vehicle up. I would recommend the service at this dealership.Ā
