I just love this ER, they are by far the best in town. I came in at night with my sick daughter and everyone was the kindest and most accommodating. If you need to be seen I highly recommend this facility.
Caryn Benson recommended Lone Star 24HR when I had an allergic reaction this morning. I can’t say enough about the staff, they greet you with a smile. They’re efficient and took care of me quickly and explained everything. Caryn made sure to go pick up my son so I had a ride home. I will definitely return and both of my adult children have been with similar experiences. Go to this place!!!
Great service walked in took care of my boys with a great sense of humor. Handled insurance. All in all we will be back.
This place was awesome I had to go in at 6am because I was attacked by a raccoon and it caused me to tear ligaments in my left knee...everyone was so professional and kind at the same time. I am in town from Louisiana and needed pain relief quickly I was hurting bad...I was given pain relief and in and out in about an hr♡ thank yall!

I absolutely love Lonestar 24 hour ER gets me in and out faster than my regular doctor would and they are so professional. Exceptionally clean and always think to go there first before even call my regular doctor. Best care ever!!!

This was our first time visiting Lonestar. You are always a bit skeptical going to The ER. Lonestar provided us a peace of mind - the staff was caring and knowledgeable on our symptoms. One thing we liked is their 72-hour policy, where they will remain in contact with us regarding our treatment - if we had any questions. We would go back to Lonestar.
