Great experience with our sports physical. The staff has excellent bedside manner & the visit thorough yet quick.
Took my son here for a sports physical and was very impressed with the entire experience. The facility was very clean and welcoming (free snacks and drinks). The check-in staff was friendly. The nurse and physician were fast, thorough, and kind. And, of course, it was $5 for the physical. I'm sure they do them as a public service, which shows they are good people.
Wow 5 stars. I went in vomiting and could not stop. Everyone was super caring and attentive. Dr. Ortiz even called me the next day to check on me. Price was good for a cash pay situation. I don't want to go back, but if I need ER help in New Braunfels, I would go back. Highly recommend!!!!

Very helpful staff. I highly recommend to go here over any other emergency. Not rude. Doctor was kind, didn't hurt when he put shots in my head or staples. Kind ER.
