This place and the staff are literally the best I have EVER encountered, anywhere. Front desk (I believe her name was Heather) was attentive, comforting, and so incredibly nice. I am just so impressed. When the nursing staff came to bring her back, I had a couple things I wanted to point out about my sister whom I was dropping off (the patient) and he was extremely receptive and assured us that she would be in good hands. These guys are awesome. Always so sweet and helpful. Their facility is very clean and comfortable. They have lots of snacks and goodies, In the lobby while you wait. The doctors and nurses are so sweet and bring you warm blankets If you’re cold, we continue to go back every time because of their amazing hospitality. Thank you, Lonestar ER ❤️
Here AGAIN today! There’s no other place I’d rather go or take my family to. I wish they were my PCP!!! In today because my son fell and gashed his knee. We were in and out and all staff were truly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we’ll probably be back at some point, but fortunately, we have a place like this to go!!
I was there on 03/04, as soon as I walked in they acknowledged me and acted fast. ( I had a pretty bad cut in my finger ). Everyone was very friendly and professional. Doctor called two days later to check how I was doing, something I didn’t expect and really appreciate. These place is great!
Unfortunately, I’ve had to visit this ER more than once. They are attentive, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Dr Bryson went over everything he could to rule out any dangerous illnesses. He talked me through his whole care plan and made me comfortable. Thank you all for getting me back to my family to continue our Easter celebration.
