Roof and gutter work. Salesman was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing seems to be reasonable. Work was done on schedule with full cleanup afterwards. Site manager made sure it was all done per the contract and the small issues were quickly dealt with. The only issues were damage to some of the plants by workers and materials and some of the materials did not exactly match what was presented during the negotiation. It was great doing business with Long Home Products. Everything went smooth from the start with the Sales Representative to the Project Manager lining everything up, to the guys who installed my new roof. The roof looks great! The cleaning crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard. You never would have known that two layers of shingles had been stripped off the roof & plywood had been replaced. Also, the dumpster was removed the following day. I give Long Roof Products five stars for a job well done!!!

Long roof put a new roof on my home and garage, they did a good job all in one day. They also did a good job cleaning up the area. They also installed a gutter where I requested one. They did a great job and I would recommend them.
Long’s was wonderful to work with! Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. All the communication throughout the entire process helped me feel at ease! Samantha called frequently the day of the install to check in. Will definitely recommend Longs to friends and family
Joseph was very professional and explained everything in immense detail while always asking if we had any questions or concerns with every aspect of the presentation. His delivery was very smooth and he discussed a variety of options and worked with us to arrive at a solid quote.
I want to thank the entire team for all the hard work on my roof install. I feel as though my concerns were heard and resolved. Clean up after install was very good. 2 days flat, my roof was stripped and new installed (I was expecting 3 days minimum based on my roof size) Thank you!
