From start to end, effective communication on what was to happen and what was happening. Very responsive. Truly professional team from Sales team, cordinator, Natacha and roof installation team. Of course amazing job on the new roof, house looks amazing with the new installation. Highly recommend LONG HOME!!
Great experience, everything went as promised. The installation team worked independently and completed the job in less than 9 hours
Job was done timely and to my satisfaction. Job site was cleaned also to my satisfaction. However dumpster removal left nails in the driveway, causing a flat tire on my tenant’s car. Work on that.
The sales rep Kendra was outstanding. She explained the process in detail about how Long Windows stands out from the competition. Kendra supplied extensive knowledge and answered all questions I had. She made me feel better about my decision.

We met with Hunter J******* on Thursday evening on the 17th of August to discuss walk in shower conversion he was very professional and well mannered and friendly he presented us with different options for our home and after we have seen the options we were able to make a decision and finalize a deal with long home products
