I recently needed some warranty work performed on my Long Windows. Savage was super helpful following up after the tech came out to measure the windows that needed work to let me know that the replacement glass packs will be ordered, roughly how long it would take to receive the replacements, and to let me know that they will call me to schedule an appointment to install the replacements.
