I had such an amazing experience at Look Dine-In Cinemas! From the moment we sat down, everything about the atmosphere was great, but what really made the night stand out was our server, Adam. gave this theater multiple chances before deciding to leave this review. I even had a membership at one point, but I ended up canceling it because the experience just wasn’t worth it anymore. The biggest issue is the food service — it consistently takes an extremely long time to arrive, sometimes over an hour, even on slow weekdays. I always enjoy my time at Look. I have been there many times with family and friends to watch cowboys games and see movies. I would like to acknowledge Michael who works there, he always goes out of his way to make sure you’re are taken care of. I asked him what he recommends to eat and he recommended the smash burger. It’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. He shows excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.
When my husband, daughter and I went to see the Melania movie we were greeted with a warm smile by one of your servers, Michael. He advised us to try out the new sampler’s on the menu which he was enthusiastic to share. I tried the Beef Empanada’s and OMG! They are a must try! Whoever put that in the menu needs to keep it along with brining back the fried pickles! If anyone wants a great experience go to Look in Bedford and ask for Michael. He will educate you on the best food and drink’s!
Enjoyed Wuthering Heights and my Too Tall LAong Island Tea cocktail. Enjoyed the enhanced theater with its extra large screen and extra speakers. Came for a matinee and there was plenty of parking as well as restaurants in the shopping center. Will return l.
