One of the best cinemas I have ever went to. It was better than the movies itself. It has an excellent array of surrounding restaurants.
Business response:
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Jason! We love hearing that your time at LOOK Dine-In Cinemas left such a lasting impression.
My experience here was amazing, the food, the service, the atmosphere, all were incredible. I can't help but express that my experience wouldn't have been as satisfactory if not for employee "Ben." He had an outstanding performance and took care of every need I could think of, he served with a smile, he was quick and agile, he even helped start my car after my car battery died. I would trust him with the birth of my upcoming son. Give this man a medal!
Business response:
We greatly appreciate your kind words, Austin, and our team loves hearing this! The staff member you mentioned sounds like they went well above and beyond, and we are glad that came through in your visit to LOOK Dine-In Cinemas.
Ben gave great service during our visit. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. He made our experience here very enjoyable.

The theater is clean and the seats comfortable. It isn't too cold like some theaters. The food is excellent. This is my go to theater for movies.
My husband and I came here for date night and the service was outstanding. The bartender, River, was genuinely nice and served my husband's finicky drink order with a smile and some great conversation. I didn't catch the name of our waiter in the theater but he was also extremely pleasant and the food was served quickly and was very tasty. I highly recommend this place. The service here is outstanding.
I'm from Paducah, Kentucky here for my mom's memorial and to comfort my son who is disabled and lost his grandmother also my mom. He wanted to enjoy a movie and popcorn on Friday night. As you can imagine we don't have theaters like this where I live. I was shocked and impressed by the theater itself. But the best experience by far was the service and kindness of Fallon and Aaron. I will forever be grateful to them for caring for us the way they did that evening. They made his night happy during such a hard time. Thank y... read more
Our visit was great! My fiancé and I came in for a date night and Adam was awesome! Super helpful and friendly!
Great food, overall solid experience. Alex helped me get tickets and ended up taking my order as well which helped me as I'm a little older and the QR codes are hard for me to use. I loved the movie send help and can't wait to come back.
