Had a great experience at Look Cinema. Cauliflower pizza was great, drinks were good and the staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming back soon!

The theater was clean but not necessarily well maintained. Our tray tables slanted down towards the floor so much that you couldn't put your food on them or it would slide off. Also, at some point they interrupted us to ask if we had any trash but when we hit the button to request a refill they never came. A disappointing experience overall.

Loved the Dorito Taco's and the picture in the PX screen was awesome. Service was very good for a brand new theater.

Purchased my ticket and food in the lobby with cash. First time here. Food was good. My ticket receipt informed me that all purchases including the ticket would be charged an additional mandatory 18% to support a living wage. Huh? I won't be back. I like to tip but not under these circumstances.

The seating is atrocious. For the amount for movies and food the seating should be taken care of better. Glad I brought a blanket to sit on.

We visited this Dine-In theater expecting a combination movie and restaurant experience, like we had in the past at other Dine-In Theaters. While there were some positives, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. The theater itself was comfortable, with a good temperature and very comfortable seating. We were charged a $7 "livable wage fee" on a food order. There is also no "concessions" area to order yourself in order to avoid this charge. Dinner and a movie for 2 here was over $100, and they don't even offer complimentary water and portions were small. Will not return
It was me and my family's first time going to a LOOK Cinema since we wanted a dine-in experience. Safe to say, I'll stick to other movie theaters. We decided to give this spot a try while watching the new Michael movie. The man who serviced us is friendly but got confused with the order; had to send back one of the trays. I am going to sound like an old hag for this review but here we go. I have been coming to this "location" since 1998. This placed used to be located at the Urban Air park. It must have gone through several ownerships by now like Movie Tavern before moving next door into the old "Sack n' Save" building next to the old Blockbuster.
