Martin exceeded our expectations coming into this as first time homebuyers! He was very patient and more than willing to explain everything we didn’t fully understand. He was always a call or text away with a quick response! He made sure we were happy with everything and luckily for us he got us keys a day before thanksgiving! Martin is a good advisor, constantly looking for the house according with the needs about my own place. Very respectful and professional. Good negotiation skills and good strategy when was time to sent offers to the vendors.
