Katherine knew we were trying to find the perfect first home and area for my boyfriend and I. She made sure to show us all of our properties of interests as well as sending us daily homes in our price range. Since I met Juan, last October of 2022 , I looked for him because I wanted to try to invest in houses and flip them. I had a past realtor that wasn't rlly much of help since the first house I tried to flip was on the market for 3 months.
