Lori and her team at Equity Prime (Kali and Kendra) were outstanding to work with. The follow up to any questions or concerns my husband and I had were immediate. Lori took the time to explain each step of the process to us and when asked provided outstanding referrals for other services to us. Kali also helped us to gather information necessary for the underwriter. She was fast, friendly and effective. Buying a home is a big milestone in one’s life but Lori and her team made it appear seamless.

Lori communicated with us constantly. She kept us apprised of all aspects of going through the mortgage process, including 3 way phone conversations to introduce us to new players. She sought out the perfect title company to address a tidelands issue that denied us a mortgage local to our primary home. She was awesome

She made us feel as if we were her only clients, because she would take her time and made sure we understood every detail of the loan process.
