Lori was absolutely amazing to deal with. She answered every single one of my 1,000 questions, she called me multiple times a day to make sure I was doing ok and understanding the process. She went out of her way to crunch numbers and do so many other things that helped my family. She would even call at night after business hours and answer emails immediately. I would never see anyone else for a mortgage. She's an absolute asset!
