When I first called, my credit score was poor and I was ineligible for a mortgage. Lori gave me step by step instructions on how to improve my credit over a year long period. And by following those instructions, I was able to get a mortgage on the house I wanted for the amount I could comfortably pay monthly. I felt like I was working with a friend who truly had my best interests in mind.

Lori has a very calm demeanor and makes a stressful process feel a little less so. She also clearly communicated things that were confusing to me. I have complicated finances with lots of paperwork involved and Lori still made it a streamlined process for me. I'd recommend her to anyone.
