Good advice.calm demeanor
It was a little rocky in the beginning through the whole process. However, Lori went up and Beyond and made this deal work. She has a wonderful personality and cares about the customers. I highly recommend her for any new customers in the future.
Only if I were independently wealthy and did not have to go through the process. The process is what was unpleasant, not the people. With each loan estimate showing a different costs for some items making Cash to Close different as well. I did not know until the last couple days what my actual Cash to Close amount was going to be. I was stretching my budget and so I did not know if I could do this until the last minute.The process is worse than UNPLEASANT. Lori Kellar did a superb job.

Lori was great in providing timely and correct information regarding our home loan. She was there throughout the various steps in getting us locked into a good interest rate and worked with us to ensure that we got the best deal possible. All in all Lori was a pleasure to work with and I am thankful for all her assistance.
I had a ton of trouble trying to print documents and any time there was a problem Lorie managed to find a solution weather it be responding, me coming to the office, or us meeting somewhere for me to sign.
Lori did very well communicating with me on a consistent basis. She went above and beyond my expectations. Towards the end when things got stressful and worrisome, she did her best to push for all the documents to be completed and pushed for closing. She fought for my house and I could not be more thankful.
Lori was very helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable through the entire loan process. With the complicated process of today's loan application I don't know how I would have gotten through it all. Lori was there the entire time to make the whole process as painless as possible. Besides her expertise, she was available when I needed her which resulted in a timely loan approval.
