Lori went well above and beyond doing her job, she proactively coordinated the processing of the loan, nogociated a fair compromise for this buyer do to the excelerated contractor schedule and burden put on the buyer, she single handedly ensured the closing stayed on track. I am very happy to have Lori for my loan officer and would insist that, if I ever buy another house, Lori handle the processing and loan closing.
