Lori, positivity and communication skills are outstanding. We believe that she understands the difficulties buyers face especially with new construction homes...her ability to navigate us and keep us calm with amount of paperwork required was astounding is an understatement. If it wasn't for lori we may have given up on the process and kb would have lost a sale..give her a bonus!

The whole process with the KB homes professionals was very smooth, professional, and timely. Lori was very sweet! She treated us beyond our expectations. Made us at ease whenever we got worried or had any hard questions she made sure they got answered. She went out of her way many times just to call or contact us with updates or things we needed to take care of all in a timely manner. Got us the best deal I think we could get at the time and we’re very happy! Simply, Lori was amazing!
