Advice from a professional healthcare provider...go elsewhere, TOO many mistakes!!! Tried to schedule services-2 wasted appointments-that took a month to schedule and still no service! Dr. Ramirez would not make time for their 2nd scheduling mistake. Apparently they cannot perform more than one service at a time??? I heard intentional laughing through the door by staff! My mom was diagnosed three years ago with a Benign spot on her face by Dr. Ramirez. She froze it off and sent her on her way, without a biopsy to rule out cancer. The spot came back so my mom saw a different dermatologist who did a biopsy. Diagnosis- malignant melanoma! My mom was referred to a different dermatologist who excised the cancer and while in his office she explained the diagnosis she got from Dr. Ramirez. Dr. Ramirez removed three moles for me during my pregnancy. Apparently, she does not have the expertise required in this area because she left me with the worst scars I have ever seen from a mole removal. I have had other miles removed by other dermatologists and not a single scar looks as poorly as the ones she removed. They look fleshly and bumpy and one even as if the skin is erupting because of all the scar tissue. She did a horrible job and I'm embarrassed to wear a swimsuit.
