Very pleasant visit...
Dr. Ramirez was professional but very personable and put me at ease right away. I will continue to come to her and have recommended her to my friends and family.
I absolutely love love Dr. Ramirez. She’s so sweet, and so knowledgeable. She is quick, but she is thorough. She definitely cares about her patients. She really takes my opinion into consideration, and I will continue to go to her for all of my dermatological needs.
I love Lori! Been going to her for a few years such friendly stuff. I will recommend her to everyone.
Dr m. Ramirez was excellent, my 6 yr old was very nervous about the visit but she put both him and I at ease. She gave me optfor treatment and made me feel confident and informed.
Dr Ramirez has removed several moles for me. And she has found a couple of abnormal spots as well. She is very thorough and explains everything.
It was a complete failure. Certainly not what I was told during the sales pitch to me. Oh and I was sure to get all the sessions suggested by her for best results. There was literally zero results. Then she didn’t stand behind her product. Sorry to have to say this but I would rather save some other women the time, expense and PAIN that these two procedures cause and all for nothing. She is aware I was dissatisfied and she saw the zero results but didn’t stand behind her product.
Absolute worst dermatologist appointment I’ve ever had. I would run from this place. The staff is filled with people more busy having social hour with each other than caring about the patient. When you have an appointment together that is an agreement that we will both be there at the same time. I understand a 15 minute delay but I had to wait 45 minutes most of which was laying in a room in a gown. She has no concern for the patient and rushes in, barely listens to my concerns, only took 10 seconds to look at an issue I hav... read more
Your office called me with my results of some pathology tests i called back. Your receptionist said no one could read me my results until Monday I will be traveling on Monday. So I will be stressing about the results all weekend until Tuesday. NOT COOL.
