I lived here for 5 years and loved my time here. This building has everything I was looking for - 24 hour gym, quiet, apartments updated, and well-maintained. Michael and Wynette are always very responsive and friendly. Great maintenance staff and cleaning. Central location just off downtown with easy access to major freeways.
Overall quiet and convenient area. Staff is friendly and responsive. Apartment is decent, though could use nicer appliances, but overall good value for money. Main complaint is security, which really needs to be improved. In the last few months, we had our bikes stolen from the "secure" bike storage, and a package stolen from the mail room. Very disappointing and no recourse.
Michael and Wynette always greet me cheerfully. They are always attentive if have a concern and act on it immediately. Maintenance does a good job. Maria, the cleaning lady keeps the public areas spic and span and is always cheerful.
It's my second week here and I love this place already! The amenity is not luxious but has everything I need. The staffs, Wynette and Michael, are super friendly and helpful. My apartment is spacious, clean and new. However, the noise from AC and footsteps in the hallway does have scared my kitten sometimes, but has never bothered me too much.
Everything about this apartment complex was awesome. The staff (special shoutout to Michael, Wynette, Eddie, and R Jeff!) were so kind and inviting and knew us by name. It is very dog friendly and very affordable. The apartment complex has underground parking and a secure package room which were great (especially parking during the winter time!).
